I would argue for it being the start of the second golden age of Nerf. I think the mid 90′s was the first, and it slowly died a bit after that. But N-Strike was the start of the new age of Nerf.

That was another great episode guys. I agree that the orange butt of this blaster is too much. The EAT is meant to have a stock and looks so much better with one like the Stockade’s for example. A stock that doubles as additional dart storage is just awesome.

Would you agree that this is the golden age of Nerf blasters considering the quality and variety (Vortex, Elite)that is available now and the new sets that to be released this year?

We’ll review the TekRecon blasters as soon as we are able to get them in hand, we’re excited to see what they can do!

As for the target, we’re not sure what it’s called, or what store to purchase it at. We just call it the ‘target carpet’ and I purchased it on eBay. We do know that it originally came with a Dart Tag Reflex blaster.

Second question. I’ve noticed in your videos the “target practice” wall target behind you. If I had to wager a guess, I’d say it was from some sort of dart tag kit. Was wondering what the official name of it was and where I could grab one.

Yes. Unfortunately this seems to be a common problem. You have to make sure you move the bar all the way forward to make it work correctly every time.
