Personally I’d like to see a double-barrelled blaster which takes a pair of clips rather than messing loading them by hand for every shot. Something that attaches to the clips to let them be inserted and removed together, like the flip clip but side by side, would be nice but not essential. Whether the Roughcut or any future blaster will have this I’ve no idea, but it would help to make the double barrelled guns more relevant for Nerfers in general rather than making it a blaster with a nice gimmick but still only good for pot shots. Don’t get me wrong, I love the idea of the Barrel Break, I just think it’d be a pain in the backside to reload… and reloading is when you’re most vulnerable.

I disagree about the Alpha Trooper being sort of superfluous. While it’s similar, I think its different priming handle and mag well location separate it enough. It was my favorite for a while, alongside the Rayven, though now it seems kind of pathetic (unmodded) compared to the Retaliator.

Now this just occured to me, what if they made a dart tag elite? I know dart tag tends to be the redheaded stepchild of the Nerf line up but the extra range and accuracy would certainly be appreciated.

They’ve actually upgraded the Speedload 6, Swarmfire, and Sharp Shot. You just have to look for the blue trigger.
But even better would be new blasters.
